    And to make matters worse, this only works when the key is sending interrupts.  So
as soon as you press other keys, you have to let go of Ctrl and press it again.   I
never claimed it was a decent solution, I was just illustrating that it's not the game
running slower, it's the display refreshing less frequently.

    I am 100% positive.  The normal DOS toolbar was there and Alt+Enter flicked to
full-screen.  And the program did run in real DOS.
