I'm guessing that you invoke the DOS/Windows incompatible program that 
goes by the same name find.exe, because your DJGPP's bin subdirectory is 
not the first one on your PATH.

Either change the order of the directories in your PATH (like the FAQ 
suggests in section 4.4), or rename DOS/Windows version to some other 
name (since it is superceded by GNU fgrep anyway).
