The problem with this solution is that it doesn't let you run DJGPP
programs from START->RUN or by typing "start myprog", because only the
DOS box opened from that special shortcut has the environment
variables defined.

So I think modifying AUTOEXEC.BAT is a better, if slightly more
complicated, way.
