Well, you can have a long or short description with the DJGPP Software
Manifests used by zippo. I've written DSMs for a number of packages, so
that I could completely reinstall DJGPP using zippo, but currently without
long descriptions. I would welcome anyone who wants to help out with this
laborious task.
