I think the Coda network filesystem project has some DJGPP RPMs somewhere
off here:

ftp://ftp.coda.cs.cmu.edu/pub/

It's version 2.02. Perhaps they have made new ones of 2.03. I don't know
if there is a cross-compiler there. I guess that's not much help ;)
