atan2() finds the anticlockwise radian angle between the +x axis
and a given vector. (Stands for arctangent of 2-dimensional vector)
ceil() produces the integer above a real number.
  ceil(5.0) = 5; ceil(5.01) = 6; ceil(5.7) = 6; ceil(-5.5) = -5
