From time to time this question comes up. I've found a simple but
delightful Windows IDE which supports quite a few languages (C, C++,
Java, Ada, & more). It doesn't have compiler environments for DJGPP
built-in, but it's very easy to do. I'm using the pcGRASP package for my
grade 12 computer science students this semester, and as far as I can
see, it's FREE.
