outportb(0x70, ram address); // CMOS RAM address can be from 0 to 127.
inportb(0x71);// Gets you the byte at that address.

Doing outportb(0x71, value) will write to the CMOS RAM. Be careful while
doing this! Check the Ralf Brown's interrupt list for more details on
this.
