It's fairly involved, as I recall.  You'll want to get Ralf Brown's
Interrupt List:

ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/msdos/info/inter60*.zip

I think the CMOS stuff is listed in ports.lst.  There might also be
other guides on the net; try searching.
