You installed it off the CD, didn't you? Your particular DJGPP
distribution is incomplete; the CD's installer forgets to install the
'stubify' component, which converts a COFF image into something that
DOS can handle. Go to http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/zip-picker.html and
download the latest version.
