How this is supposed to work is being kept very secret, but if past breakups
of other companies is anything to judge by Gates will own a share of all
three companies, but will not be allowed to be on the board of directors of
more than one of them. This would prevent the stock proces from plummetting
do to Gates selling that much stock (he owns 30%).
