No, I did succeed to contact www.iis.nsk.su, but no /orangy/dlm/ there.

Thanks, but this doesn't work either: the download links point to
non-existent files.

Does anyone know a good file-searching URL?  Perhaps we could search for
dlm20s.zip.  (I already searched for Ilya Ryzhenkov, but didn't find anything
appropriate except my own FAQ ;-)
