Three choices: 
  1. The DJGPP addon called RSXNTDJ is at the zip picker, IIRC.
  2. The Allegro people like another GCC port called Mingw32.
  3. Another GCC port called Cygwin32. Only use this if you are GPLing
     your programs and you are not distributing binaries on a floppy
     (Cygwin binaries need a 4 MB DLL whose header files are GPLed).
