It looks from the error message that MFC, or something in your code defines
something as 'BITMAP' wich will obviously render it incompatible with
'Allegro' which typedefs BITMAP to something of it's own. same with the
other error messges.

they prolly won't work together, can't see why you'd want to use them
together, maybe you should drop MFC or use DirectX instead of allegro??
