Well, you are welcome to move back in time an correct that glitch.
There is no year 0.

IIRC, in pascal you start an arrar at 1 meaning the indice of the first
element is 1.  Of course I may be wrong, since I was born(virtually)
on Unix machine(Ultrix) with C.
