The library comes with a full documentation in the file info/libc.info.  
To read it, make sure you have the Texinfo package (v2gnu/txi312b.zip) 
installed, then type this at the command prompt:

	info libc alphabetical

and read there.

Most DJGPP packages use the Info format.  You might as well get used to 
it.
