Please read Section 8.7 of the DJGPP FAQ 
<http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/v2faq/> as it has instructions about 
your problem.

Since this "missing -lstdcx" most often is due to a bug in RHIDE 
please consider downloading the latest version of RHIDE (v1.4.7.4) 
from <http://www.lanet.lv/~pavenis/rhide.html>. It almost certainly 
should solve your problem.
