Also you can get Windows-Help-RTF Files, which can be compiled through
HC31 or HCW into Windows-Help-Files (.HLP).

The HTML conversion of earlier releases (Texinfo 3.9 and 3.12 etc.) was
supported through the texi2html Perl script.
