Please see whether getting the latest version ie-: RHIDE 1.4.7.b  
from <http://www.tu-chemnitz.de/~sho/rho/rhide.html>
helps to solve your problem. 

BTW I don't think it's necessary downloading twice, you can just 
check the integrity of the zipped file by asking your unzip program 
(Winzip of pkunzip, whatever) to test the zip file you downloaded.
