It's not Tetris unless you work for The Tetris Company LLC.
Look what happened to DDD's Acid Tetris: Got sued.
Try calling it Ghalters or something like that.

BTW, the first GPL'd program I ever saw was a
T*tr*s clone for DOS called aint (aint is not tetris).
It was written in Turbo Pascal IIRC.
