Hi I am asking for some help with a sound DJGPP program called sb02.zip. It was developed for DJGPP. This program can be downloaded from Simtel\msdos\sound directory. The problem is I got the program recording and playing back running very well in monoural mode, if fact it sounds better than the Creative 16 bit audio software, but I am having trouble converting it to stereo. I would appreciate the information if anybody out there has converted this program to stereo. I don't want to use Allegro( no insult intended) because I think it can be converted to stereo as is. Sb02 uses the *.wav format. I combined the sb02.zip to one file and had to add the header file fcntl.h, which is missing wave.c file from the sb02.zip file. It won't work without this header file. The Sound Blaster is a Creative awe64 Gold. I compiled the program with DJGPP Ver 2.03 3rd alpha/GCC Ver 2.95.1 I would appreciate any help in adding a stereo mode to this project. Thank you.
