I don't know, but I suspect that DJGPP is not used much on NT, because 
there are numerous additional bugs with the NT DPMI server which would 
prevent any serious programmer to work in that environment.  For example, 
you cannot catch SIGINT and SIGFPE, and you cannot profile your programs.
