Unfortunately Windows NT doesn't supports the Long File Name 
API used by DJGPP programs. So therefore DJGPP programs 
won't supports Long File Names under NT.

However if I remember correctly Eli said that there was and LFN 
driver by andrew crabtree available at 
<http://www.goof.com/pcg/djgpp/ntlfn.html>.

It however has a few bugs so you might try contacting Wojciech 
Galazka <wojciech DOT galazka AT polkomtel DOT com DOT pl> who is currently 
maintaining it.
