That's almost certainly a password protection. If not, it could be
that the files don't actually have a password, but you did type
something into the password field on the grabber screen. Alternatively
it is always possible that the file you are trying to load is just
massively corrupted, but that seems unlikely, and a subtle corruption
would be more likely to return garbage or crash the loader, rather
than give that message.

I'd suggest you talk to the authors of the packages you are
looking at, and ask them whether they put a password on their data.
