'ex' is the editor underneath the more well-known 'vi' (which
originally got its name as the abbreviation of 'Visual Interface to
EX'). These days, you get 'vi' in the form of one of many clones.
'vim' and 'elvis' are the ones available in DJGPP, I think.

So, get the DJGPP port of vim, and there should be an 'ex' inside
that package.
