Regardless of whether this is or isn't in the FAQ (I already have the
pointer in my working draft), the best way to make sure people find
the right port is to upload it to the DJGPP sites on SimTel.NET
mirrors.

So I would like to urge everyone who ports some package, GNU or
otherwise, to please consider investing a small effort of wrapping it
in the DJGPP-standard way and asking DJ Delorie to upload it to
SimTel. Detailed instructions are available at
http://www.delorie.com/howto/djgpp/simtel-uploads.html.
