I'm developing a little unit that uses the ANSI.SYS device driver to do
color text with cout <<. It works nicely, but I'd like to know if a
program has the device driver loaded before I attempt to use ANSI escape
codes. Is there a way to detect if the device driver has been loaded?

Nick.
