There's no bug here. And renaming this to EXE and runnning will
only crash your system! Instead, download bash, perl and other
utilities required to run this.
Autoconf is a shell script that needs bash to run. Without bash,
autoconf can't run.
Similarly, Automake is a Perl script. You need to download Perl to
run this script.
