Try any port of a GNU program that can launch other programs. GNU
Make and Emacs are two examples that come to mind. For GNU Make, look
in the file job.c; for Emacs, look in the file sysdep.c. I think GNU
Find (from Findutils) also catches signals while the child program
runs.
