Hi all,
  I am sorry for asking this here!! but i really dunno
any other place i can ask about it!! :)

Is it illegal to make a game having the same idea as a
commercial game??
 I have seen lots of clones of Bubble Bobble! are they
all illegal? either if they are freeware or shareware?
 are all those Tetris clones out there illegal? 

In fact i was thinking of writing a Baku Baku animal
clone, when just this question striked me!!
