Everything looks ok in your sample hello program, but try this C++ example
and see if you get the same errors:
Hello.cpp

#include <iostream>
int main()
{
cout << "Hello World!\n";

Save as the above mentioned file name. Now compile. This should give you
absolutely not errors, if it does then you have setup DJGPP and/or Rhide
incorrectly. Chosing Run should give you an exit code of 0 (in hex). This
means the program terminated normally.
If you're running Rhide from within Windows, make sure the .env file has LFN
set to Y. Many other potential errors are discussed in the DJGPP FAQ.
Also, upgrade to the beta version of Rhide 1.47. It fixes critical bugs.

A bug in Rhide 1.4 wouldn't allow you to compile C++ programs correctly.
The entire base of my knowledge comes from "Teach Yourself C++ in 21 Days"
by Jesse Liberty (Sams Publishing), so that's why I gave you a different
example.
