It'd be better if it was set to subdirectory instead of the main DJGPP

1.  The variables should be in upper case.

2.  The DJGPP variable can handle both variants. Perhaps other
    programs (non-DJGPP ones) use TMPDIR, so for safety I use "\" for
    that one.
