This is a common problem...
I suggest you to read the FAQ somewhere where i dont remember... i think section
7.4 or 8.4.... kill me, i dont remember,... anyway... fast way to fix that:
add to your C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV the following line (add it in the beginning):


RHIDE_TYPED_LIBS_DJGPP.cc=stdcxx


anyway, this problem caused by Long Filenames, and the problem with DOS that can't
handle it... or something like that...
