Look in the djlsr202.zip distribution, in src/debug/common/dbgcom.c, and 
in v2load.c in the same directory.

Whether it can be called ``simple'', I don't know (that's the backbone of 
the DJGPP debugger support, so it's pretty much advanced stuff), but it's 
working code, and it does use a tss.
