LIBDOS v0.3

Disk functions completed (well, almost. Only one function is missing but I
 doubt that you will need it)
Added following stuff:
-    FlushDiskBuffer
-    SelectDrive
-    GetDisk
-    GetDiskFree
-    SetVerifyFlag
-    GetVerifyFlag

Well, it seems to that there is not much left DOS function categories.
Here is the list of the remaining function categories. After these and any
bug fixes
the project is over and I will start another (make a guess..:=)).

-    Program Control Functions
-    Standard Input Functions
-    Standard Output Functions
-    Console IO Functions (well, there is going to be only one)
-    Miscellaneous IO Functions (not many)
-    File Management Functions
-    File IO Functions
-    Miscellaneous Functions
-    Memory Functions (only four known)
