Unfortunantly, that answer is very wrong. The original poster didn't specifiy
whether they are using RHIDE or not, but from the printed output ("Creating:
test.exe"), I surmise he/she is.

The correct solution to this problem is in section 8.7 of the DJGPP FAQ.

And, BTW, libstdcxx.a is not in djgpp/bin, it's in djgpp/lib.
