This sounds like Borland code to me. Probably written to use BGI and
the like.

Basically, you are looking at porting this code to a different graphics
library,
like Allegro or GRX.

This could be a nightmare piece of work, or it could be a couple minutes of
cut and paste, depending on the original source.
