Well, I grabbed a copy of it myself, and took a
look.

There are a few command line utils.(work on my NT
box)

Unfortunately, the rest of the source needs X to
compile (that's X as in Xwindows).

You may be able to find a free X-Server or two
out there that will run on a win32 or winNT box,
but be warned, they are unlikely to be complete,
and also likely to require a compiler other than
DJGPP. (not that gcc's the problem, since this
code will compile under linux with XFree86, but
DJGPP doesn't do windows)
