It doesn't if you change the "save as" to "all files", or possibly to
"text documents", I can't remember but I use it to save HTML all the
time. Apart from that, and the 64K limit, what's wrong with Notepad?
(apart from not being as good as Vi).

While I'm posting, someone mentioned a version of Vi with syntax
hiliting, anyone know where I can get it from?
