I assume that because you're on Hotmail, you have HTTP access
to anything and everything on the World Wide Web. Go to
http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/
and download the latest version of DJGPP. Install it according to
the instructions in the Read Me, open RHIDE, and you're all set.
You may have to patch up RHIDE according to my DJGPP
