Did you reboot? The autoexec.bat changes won't take effect
until you rebooted. If you did reboot, you have two main options:

1. Use the editor C:\Windows\Command\Edit.com and the
command line compiler interface. The compiler is called gcc
2. If you have used Borland's IDE, you'll love RHIDE.
C:\DJGPP\bin\rhide.exe
