Note: your date is not set correctly.

Note the typo: you unzipped DJGPP into a directory C:\GJGPP, but set
the DJGPP environment variable to C:\DJGPP:

> SET DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV


> SET PATH=C:\DJGPP\BIN;%C:\DJGPP\lang\cxx%

This is a bad idea: do NOT put the include directory into your PATH.
