ENOENT--your missing the file "stubify.exe" from all of your
compiler's search paths.  Find this binary and move it to 
your compiler's /bin directory, or look in your 
djdev202.zip (or whichever version of DJGPP development you 
have) and copy the file back into your compiler's bin 
directory.
