Your guess was incorrect, but that's understandable. Your original
error is that you unzipped each package into its own subdirectory
below c:\djgpp.  That's not how gnuplot is supposed to be
unpacked. This usually happens because of a default option of WinZip
that automatically creates a directory named like the zipfile, and
unpacks into that directory.

You'll have to delete the whole djgpp tree (save the .zips elsewhere,
if they're inside it) and re-do all the unpacking, deactivating that
option.
