To quote Richard Karn a.k.a. Al Borland (no connection to the
compiler vendor) from Home Improvement, "I don't think so,
Tim." How would RHIDE know which ones belong to other
active RHIDE sessions? How would even DOS know?

File locks? Does DOS have file locks?
