I recently downloaded and installed DJGPP, RHIDE and ALLEGRO. I tried to
make ALLEGRO so I could use it, and I got the same error as when I tried
to compile the basic HELLO WORLD. I know the problem is that in DJGPP
versions later than 2.8.0, cpp.exe has been moved. The FAQ says to
refer to problems.txt. I can not find problems.txt or anything similar
to it. I found a file called PROBLEMS but it doesn't contain the info I
need. I have seen several similar problems addresses in other postings,
but they all deal w a diff file than what I am having problems w/.
when I try to make allegro, I get the following error.
gcc.exe: installation problem, cannot exec 'cpp': no such file or
directory (ENOENT)
I am using 2.9.5 I think.
