Run it again and see if the same thing happens.  If so, it's probably a
compiler bug; if not, probably hardware failure.  Overclocking may be a
factor in the latter; try not doing that.

I have a K6-3/450 system here that has some kind of hardware problem; it
seems cache lines get filled from the wrong place in memory (very very
sporadically).  I'm about to try swapping some parts to try and find the
problem, but it could be a CPU bug.  So watch out.
