It doesn't because MS doesn't support the MSSDK version that people want to
download (September 98). there is a new July 99 version out which I haven't
tested yet with RSXNTDJ, but I will soon and I'll upload the results to my
RSXNTDJ HOWTO at http://surf.to/rsxntdj.

BTW I download the September 98 MSSDK from
http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/platformsdk/bldenv/01000.asp
yesterday, so it should be current.

It took me 6 hours of searching to find it because MS has NO links to that
old version. I searched through a few thousand Altavista search hits to find
it.
