No, I mean the WindowUpdateTime parameter in SYSTEM.INI.  By default,
Windows checks the memory area where it maps the video RAM of the DOS
box every 200 msec (I think).  You can make this time smaller (by editing
SYSTEM.INI and putting, e.g., WindowUpdateTime=100 in the [386Enh]
section), and then the refresh will be faster.  Of course, the rest of
Windows will run a bit slower after that, but sometimes you don't
care...

As I said: I don't know if this will work on NT.
