How do I get to the serial ports with DJGPP? I have two
computers that are already connected via NetWare (for
copying the EXE) and can be connected by null modem
cable (for running the program). What's the best library to
use for serial communication in DJGPP under both real
DOS and Windows 9x's DOS box? And where can I
download it?

(I'm starting not to care about NT. M$ has ####ed us over
once too many.)
